3. Service / Admin Fee Disclosure
Global Estates® may charge clients a Service Fee or Admin Fee for certain advisory or buyersupport services.
This fee:
- Will be communicated clearly and in writing before any service is provided
- Is separate from any payments made to developers or third parties
- May be charged as a fixed fee or a percentage, depending on the nature of the service
- Is typically non-refundable once the service has been delivered
- Will be included in the client’s personalised Terms of Business or engagement letter
By instructing Global Estates®, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Service / Admin Fee.
4. Payments & Financial Disclaimer
Global Estates® does not collect or hold any payments relating to property transactions.
This includes:
- Reservation fees
- Booking deposits
- Stage payments
- Completion funds
All financial transactions are handled exclusively by:

Global Estates® acts solely as a marketing, advisory, and introduction partner. We assume no responsibility for financial disputes arising between clients and developers or third parties
5. CRM, Contact Forms & Communication
When you submit an enquiry through our website:
- Your information is securely processed through our CRM system Bitrix24
- Global Estates® and/or appointed partners may contact you regarding your enquiry or related opportunities
- Contact may occur via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
6. Data Protection & Privacy

Global Estates® maintains a formal, transparent complaints process.

1. Raise the matter informally with the staff member.
2. Submit a formal written complaint to our Complaints Manager.
3. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the Director of Global Estates®.
4. If still unresolved, you may refer the complaint to Propertymark.
5. You may also refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) within 12 months of our final response.

11. Modifications to the Terms
Global Estates® may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
